Just popped in for a quick shot and bite to eat. Your staff greeted me on arrival and completed my order in record time. Younnis was A Star and very efficient, would definitely come back again!

I like the food of this chain and their brand, but this branch is really off. They are *consistently* understaffed during morning, lunchtime and evenings, the staff appears to do their best but you can't have 2-3 people per 20 customers and delivery riders all waiting there. That extends to the cleanliness of the shop. I was excited when they first opened up here and had food/drinks there dozens of times since (never without a long wait), but with an average wait time of 20+ minutes for a sandwich(!), a good brand is not enough with an increasingly worsening reputation. It's time to move on to other good restaurants here, but genuinely hoping this one will recover one day.
