I had a wonderful experience at this location! The host gave my daughter and me not only a fortune cookie but also a free dessert! We’re on holiday in London, so it made our evening meal feel extra special. My 6-year-old, who is a huge fan of your dumplings, said it’s her favorite restaurant ever. She then asked me to guess her favorite day — and then said, “It’s Itsu day!” 😉

Very delicious food 🍱. On the go for such heat the sushi taste amazing. Recommend to visit on your way to Tate Modern or Shakespeare Globe

Atmosphere is really calming and staff is amazing and Diego made my experience even better with excellent customer service! I felt very comfortable and welcomed after a busy day at work! I also loved seeing how clean and tidy it is kept!
