’ve been visiting this Itsu on and off over the past year due to work, and it’s always been a great experience. The food is consistently tasty, and the service is excellent. I want to give a special mention to an older white English gentleman who works here (I can’t quite remember his name) — he’s always been incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I’ve eaten in, and my colleagues agree. Highly recommend this branch and the Itsu chain overall.
