Chef Ricardo, our server Alex, and Humo team were absolutely on point for our dinner at the restaurant. We were barely 3 hours into our visit to London, jet lagged beyond belief but trying to rally for the girlfriend’s big birthday dinner and we could not have had a better kickoff to start our trip in London. Dish after dish topped the last. Mushroom, scallops, and lamb were some of our faves but it’s so hard to choose between them all. Sitting at the bar was our best decision because we got to interact with Ricardo and his team, as well as get to watch the masters at work on the grill and service line. The wood fire style cooking with English ingredients and a bit more of an Asian influence was brilliant and we can’t wait to tell our friends and family about it for others visit to England in the future. Thank you again for the wonderful birthday meal and also the special tour downstairs in the private dining area as well post meal. You guys are amazing and keep up the great cooking!!
