Bit quiet when I went, which was early and mid week so I cant really comment on atmosphere but what we really care about is the food and the service and these were both fabulous. There are loads of faux sushi places in and round wimbledon which mostly just want to sell you tuna and salmon on flabby rice which make me a bit cross because I've been a regular visitor to Japan for 20 years and this isn't what a sushi restaurant t should be serving. Hoshi is different. They know what they are doing and serve it with a smile. Delicious, beautiful food. I havent tried their hot food yet, but I will be back to try it soon.
