Popped into HOP Vietnamese in Moorgate and was seriously impressed—not just by the fresh, tasty food, but by the incredible customer service. Massive shoutout to Isabella, who offered complimentary lemonade while I waited. It was such a simple gesture but made a huge difference—genuinely the friendliest customer service I’ve had in ages!
