A wonderful neighborhood bakery. I’m not really a big sourdough fan, but their sourdough cinnamon roll is genuinely impressive — the sweetness and bitterness are very restrained, leaving a rich sourdough aftertaste. The only drawback is that its denser texture can feel a bit dry and lose some of the cinnamon aroma after sitting for a few hours, though it’s definitely delicious if reheated. They also release creative new products from time to time — not always a hit, but I really appreciate the spirit behind it.
