Since im around O2 so visited this one, having tried one of their other branches before. The space itself is lovely, with friendly staff, but the experience fell short. I first ordered a cake that wasn’t available, and the waiter offered to defrost one, meant not freshly made on the day at least? not exactly what you expect from a café of this standard. I settled for another slice that didn’t look great and tasted just as uninspiring. The chai took nearly half an hour to arrive and ended up bland, though the cashier did apologize and promised they’d improve. One more letdown and important one, a few staff members had an unpleasant smell as they walked around and when serving foods, which really knocked the overall impression. and i witnessed they made a couple of mistakes with orders on the table next to us too, customers looks really disappointed.

Wow, the food was absolutely incredible. Honestly best waffles I’ve ever had (and I’ve got a sweet tooth). Our waiter Aftab was really friendly and professional, even though we arrived close to their closing time he was nice enough to serve us and not even once rush us. I will definitely be coming back with friends!!
