Pretty disapointing. First time ordering on the 24th of August and being given the wrong order. Orderered ox tail and jerk chicken meal and got given 2 ox tail. Sure, it was nice but not what I ordered. Had to wait 10 minutes for ox tail, which is no problem since the place was busy but I over heard other customers ordering jerk chicken meal and being told it's a 10 minute wait. You should be honest with the customer and not give them the wrong order just to get them out the door. Will deffo check the items before leaving next time. Overall, disapointing to see that the restaurant staff think its fine to serve customers things they didnt orde.
