My wife and I recently had the pleasure of dining at Giovanni’s. The food was exceptional and the ambiance very comfortable - everything was terrific and Pino (owner/ chef) was a delight. After dinner we were going to a show and had a good idea of directions, but Pino wanted to ensure we got there on time so he took it upon himself to walk with us to the theater! Don’t miss the opportunity to experience something wonderful.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner here last week. Everything we ate was delicious, the service was so friendly and attentive, and the space itself has such a charm about it. I could kick myself that I’ve lived in London for six years and didn’t go until so recently. Great for vegans as well. This is a lovely restaurant, one you don’t want to miss.

This restaurant was referred to us by the concierge, Darren at the Savoy. We were greeted by Clair who is one of the owners. My wife ordered a tomato soup and the Carbonara (it is listed slightly different in the menu) and I ordered the burata and tomato salad and the ricotta ravioli. The burata was amazing, fresh and perfectly set and my wife’s soup was bright and full of ripe tomato! Our pastas were equally as delicious. The carbonara had crisp pieces of guanciali and was yellow from the yolks that were used, My ravioli was creamy and butter with simple flavours that absolutely sang together in harmony! We had a lovely Gavi (Sansilvestri) which was just the icing on the cake . Claire and Pino (chef) were kind and welcoming spending time with everyone who were lucky enough to find this wonderful spot. This will be our “go to” Italian restaurant in London moving forward. Thank you for a memorable evening.
