Great food, but way more expensive than when I was there beforw covid. This time they charged £5.50 per person as cover and 13% of service. Also I ordered just a glass of house red wine because I know this is always very cheap anywhere, but Giorgio charged me £15 for the house wine where I expected it to be £7-8. Together with the cover and service I ended up paying much more than expected just to have pasta.

Very nice food and friendly staff. I had to update this review. We have first been here 7 years ago and absolutely loved it. We dreamed about returning but never could. We finally came back, and às though the place is still the same, very friendly staff and perfectly cooked food, there were a few surprises. Às many other reviews had mentioned already, we were not expecting the additional charges (cover charge; water charge; very expensive house wine; gratuity added…). Although this looks like it has become a wilder practice in London, many restaurants were doing the same. The bill was far more than we were expecting.
