Food and drinks are great, but the staff and atmosphere let it down. You really do get the impression the team morale is on the floor, the layout is not great with awkward seating & queue. Cafe Nero down the road has a much nicer atmosphere.

We came here for coffee in the morning and we had a good time. The staff were pleasant, the place (including the toilet) was clean. There's a pleasant ambience. And the coffee was very good.
