Visited on a Sunday morning with my family for a treat, but unfortunately the service left much to be desired. The blonde European lady who served us seemed completely disinterested like she’d rather be anywhere else than helping customers. It really took away from the experience. Midway through ordering, she walked off to the till and asked us to pay, even though we hadn’t finished. I had to repeat our order three times because she wasn’t paying attention. She also missed several chances to up-sell, and we ended up needing to go back up to order more items ourselves. We spent around £50 which was very reasonable but the lack of engagement and poor service left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed , especially from a place that usually offers a higher standard.
