I used to go here a lot the first year it opened but I found the staff slowly got worse and worse thereafter. So much so, I just stopped going. In particular, a small eastern European woman would often be rude, cold and make me feel uncomfortable. I took a chance in coming again a couple months ago and the service has definitely gotten better and staff seem happier so whatever changed, it's probs for the better!

Recently they changed their dog policy. Now I can walk in with my dog and enjoy one of my favourite sandwiches and their excellent coffee. People are very friendly, even during the most busy moments. Effie spent some time to explain to me in details about their loyalty application. I definitely suggest it.
