Been to many Gail’s cafes , but this one has to be the worst, unfriendly staff were it’s seems everything is an effort, the eating area was dirty, tables not cleaned , will be giving this one a miss in the future. Seen some of the other comments all saying the same thing but looks like nobody’s listening, sad really as the food and cakes are spot on 😡😡😡

Ive been a regular customer at this branch for many years and the team has always been amazing, but recently one girl Sofia has stood out to me recommending me their new sandwich which was delicious and for having such a positive attitude it made my day, I had to commend her for this.
