This local Gail's is always clean and welcoming. The coffee is consistently great, and their baked goods are delicious. Barista Kaan is especially warm and friendly — he always makes the experience even better!

This is a nicely located Gail's Bakery on Highgate high street with enough space inside for groups to sit together comfortably. The atmosphere is welcoming and they always have a great selection of savoury and sweet treats. Generally speaking the croissants are just excellent and not over-cooked.

I find that the coffee and food are great, as they usually are with all Gail's locations; however, I have found that the staff can be unpleasant from time to time. Most places are known for their customer service; however, both myself and people who regularly go to this Gail's have said that the staff have been quite rude from time to time. Other than that, it's normally packed with students in the morning, so I try and steer clear during this time.
