I have been a customer for many years at the Kensington branch. The staff are always welcoming and professional. Messi has looked after us for many years and she is a ray of sunshine and i have nothing but praise.

Had visited the bakery recently I loved it the atmosphere and the food. I had ordered baked eggs toast and bacon which were really good and also ordered one ham and cheese croissant which was really good. Ruchi the baker is really good at her work. By tasting this two things I am sure her other baked items will be really good. Will visit again and try something new specially when Ruchi is in the kitchen
