Exemplary team, passionate and professional. As a close neighbour to this Gail’s in Battersea Square I get to enjoy starting everyday with Roxy, Buse, Hari and their wonderful team. They are a joy. They operate as if they are the owners of a boutique coffee shop, not part of a large network. They are professional, passionate and take a real pride in how they operate. The square (and Gail’s management!) are very lucky to have them. I hope that the odd bad experience, which always gets more airtime on review sites, doesn’t blur the truth - this place is a gem and an essential part of the square’s community. Thank you guys. The food is outstanding - I had an aubergine sandwich, which was great, and raspberry pistachio bun which was amazing. The staff are lovely, service was prompt, and there’s outdoor cafe seating on a sweet village square.
