Alla fine avendo trovato qualche problema a cercare cucina prettamente britannica a Londra e avendo il problema di un familiare celiaco con noi, abbiamo ceduto alla ristorazione italiana all'estero (cosa che evitiamo sempre di fare per non restare delusi) attratti soprattutto dalla proposta gluten free. Ebbene! Bisogna ricredersi con Franco Manca! Pizza e antipasti deliziosi, ambiente pulito e carino con pizzeria e forno a vista. Personale attento e solerte. E la pizza gluten free non era di quelle precotte che sanno di gomma, ma viene fatto un impasto con farine speciali. Attenzione: si tratta di una catena.
