I had a great experience at Five Guys thanks to Saad! He was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole visit much more enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but Saad went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He’s professional, approachable, and brings great energy to the place. Five Guys is lucky to have him—I’ll definitely be coming back! Saad gave the best service I’ve ever had in any restaurant in my life.
