Cute place and definitely the best avo toast I had in London. Comes with a lot of veggies and HOME MADE bread! Definitely a place you should support when you’re in the neighbourhood. You won’t find anyone who deserves it more.

Stopped by Fig Tree Cafe and was genuinely impressed. The coffee? Absolutely spot on—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Whether you're into flat whites or a classic cappuccino, they know what they’re doing behind the counter. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, with a leafy little garden out back that feels like a secret escape from the city. Staff are friendly, the service is quick, and the whole place has a quiet charm that makes you want to linger. If you're in Islington and need a caffeine fix with a side of calm—this is the spot.

Stumbled across this little gem - lovely family owned cafe with a beautiful terrace/rear seating area, surrounded by grape vines. The owner is evidently extremely passionate about delivering an authentic and personal service, and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend
