Best of the best! The food - from bonito nigiri to more inventive/complex dishes - was amazing. The space is beautiful. The service was impeccable. And Endo himself was a wonderful host. Great experience.

Overall disappointing. Location is terrible as far from central London and can't pull up in a car. It feels like a corporate office on arrival waiting for a meeting before going up and the interior is very Japanese, simple but lacking in atmosphere. The omakase is drawn out- ours was the second sitting and started late so we were exhausted by the end close to midnight so didn't enjoy it as much as we should. Definitely had better omakase in London in Araki, Umu etc.

Chef is the teacher for many well known sushi chefs around the world. He has a funny personality and converses with everyone. The restaurant is intimate with only 11 seats. Each dish is presented with care and attention. In between, there are traditional aspects of Japanese cuisine. The fish is super fresh and some of the dishes are creative in that they’re not only Japanese for example one combined hints of Italian. All of them were my favorite it’s so tough to pick a top dish. If you have the money and can manage to get a res here, do it!
