Electric Bar & Diner 的豬肋排真是讓人驚艷！一上桌就香氣四溢，外皮略帶焦脆，內裡則是燉煮到極致的軟爛，幾乎用叉子一撥就骨肉分離，完全不費力。醬汁帶有微微煙燻味與甜中帶鹹的美式風味，完美滲入每一寸肉質，讓人每一口都忍不住點頭稱讚。配菜中最讓人驚喜的是起司通心麵，濃郁的起司醬緊緊包裹住每一根麵體，口感滑順卻不膩口，起司控一定會愛不釋手。即便只是配角，卻完全不輸主餐的表現。整體來說，這道餐點份量足夠，口味層次豐富，是讓人會想再訪的經典選擇。若你是肋排或起司愛好者，來 Electric Bar & Diner 絕對不會失望。

I had a really great experience here. I’m a bit fussy but we had a fantastic waiter called Harry who listened attentively to my requests and certainly delivered. I shall definitely be returning. 🙏🙏🙏

We came in for brunch and were blown away. Pancakes were fluffy, bacon was crispy, and the coffee was strong (just how I like it!). Our waiter Harry was outstanding
