One of the best buffets I've experienced, the quality was great, they even have fresh juice and smoothies. Ginger shots and cookie press juices are a huge plus. The staff could be a bit more attentive and management seems unbothered but overall a great place to visit. Good quality foods overall

If I could leave 10 stars for service, I would. The staff at Eastside were extremely generous with my family, offering the finest accomodations with the utmost professionalism. Chefs at Eastside remembered when I mentioned casually in conversation that my wifes birthday was the following day. Without hesitation, the chef prepared a special cake for my wife that was absolutely delicious. If you stay at the Andaz, the Eastside is a must, and if you aren't staying at the Andaz, you should consider a visit nonetheless.

When my parents were visiting from California, we came here for lunch on a Friday and were served by Rosalie and Ali. Rosalie was especially lovely—so welcoming, cheerful, and attentive. She took the time to explain the menu and really made us feel at home, which made the experience even more special. We’ve also visited for afternoon tea and were served by Carlton, who provided equally outstanding service—friendly, warm, and professional. On both visits, we left full and happy. The cakes and sandwiches were delicious, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Can’t recommend this place enough—looking forward to coming back!
