Daquise the quintescence of post war polish London on a plate, and the bagout of its waiters. such a shame the place is promised to close soon.

A classy yet homely place in the heart of South Kensington. loved the timeless decor and romantic ambience, perfect for both a date or casual eating. Duck confit was 8/10- very classic Polish-french adaptation, crispy skins and tender meat. The borsch was packed with flavours- tangy and refreshing for the summer. gnocchi with escalope with tomato cream sauce was very nourishing, though pasta’s texture couldve been chewier. 7/10 a place that i would love to become a regular if i were to live around the area:)
