Costa Waterloo might be the only place that can make ice coffees during heatwaves! Every other cafe at Waterloo never has ice. My sister and I had a lovely experience this morning with a super friendly barista. We didn't catch her name but she was short, dark hair, and on the far left customer serving till around 09:00 (She complimented my belt) She had such a lovely energy, great at upselling and made our morning. Thank you!
