It's a very nice place, and good chain of coffee shops! My only real issue is the steep prices, and lack of really good special offers. The service is generally good, the atmosphere is nice & calm, they do have a customer toilet at this branch, and there's free wifi, with a few charging points dotted about around the store. *update* I visited the store for a free (paid with loyalty points) cappuccino this morning. It was good. I didn't order any food, as I feel the prices are out of my range.
