This afternoon, around 3:00 PM, we are really looking forward to heading to Costa Coffee! There will be three of us, and we can’t wait to order some coffee, water, and a delicious cake 🍰. We anticipate that our total bill will be about £17.56. Since one of my friends has completed 10 coffee purchases, we should be able to enjoy the offer for a free coffee! We hope the staff will handle our order smoothly this time. But an Indian lady who was on duty questioned our use of the free coffee coupons, so we are crossing our fingers for a much better experience but she messed-up . Her attitude was unprofessional, and we hope for more friendly service.

Today, on August 21, 2025, at 3:30 PM, I went to Costa at the Forest Gate branch to get a coffee. I placed six orders, totaling 17.56 pounds. During that moment, one of the staff members—she seemed to be from India—appeared angry with me because of my multiple orders. She take multiple mistake for my order she don't know how make the order. I felt a wave of sadness and hurt wash over me. It shattered my sense of service and left me feeling misunderstood and unwelcome. Right now, I am overwhelmed with depression and a deep sense of disappointment.
