Absolutely loved my meal at Cinder in Belsize Park. The atmosphere is inviting, with that open kitchen smell of wood fire drifting through the room. We started with the flatbread straight from the oven, and it was perfect for mopping up dips. The fish was beautifully cooked and so fresh, and the grilled veg had that lovely smoky sweetness you only get from a proper flame. The staff were friendly without hovering, and everything came out at a nice, easy pace. I'll become a regular.
