I had a great experience at Chip N Jerk in Holloway! The food was incredibly fresh, served hot, and the portions were generous. The seating upstairs was comfortable , and everything felt clean and well-kept. Prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. I highly recommend this spot if you’re in Holloway and want good food done right. YUM!! P.s the bottomless drinks are so nice the guava fizz is the best choice!!!

The jerk chicken bowl was great. The portion was large and filling, and it was full of flavor: savory, sweet, spicy, smoky. The chicken was juicy and perfectly grilled. It was ready quickly. I would have liked a bit more plantain and slaw relative to the rice and chicken personally. Also I expected a tangy/acidic slaw based on the description (“zesty”) but it was creamy and flavored with dill - it did work with the bowl though.
