Le concept de Chin Chin Labs pour les glaces, c’est de les cryogéniser, et franchement ce procédé rend les glaces tellement excellentes ! On a pris la Banana Miso : la glace était hyper tendre, et chaque bouchée est une explosion de saveurs qui ravit mes papilles. On a aussi goûté celle au Matcha, mais étant pas fan de base, ça n’a pas changé mon avis. Par contre, ceux qui aiment le matcha vont clairement tomber amoureux de cette version. Je conseille fortement d’y aller, ça vaut le détour !
