Service charge cannot be cancelled when requested. The reason to request for cancellation of service charge is because we order barbecue, no one was serving us, but the table beside has server to cook for them, which shows unfairness. And they just said the service charge is embedded and cannot be cancelled, which seems not reasonable.

Average food quality. We have ordered different types of meals and all of them were below our expectations. Just lack of the good taste either it’s sushi or tempura shrimp or baby squids etc. Id rather not recommend the place. It tastes as tourists trap.
