Wonderful place, love a chai so finding this place was needed as they do open late and local, price for a cuppa is excellent £1.50 great choices of ice creams and some cakes and of course churros, service is always great, owner is friendly and kind to all customers, my daughter loves the 99p ice cream, yes you heard that right. 99p.

We had classic and chocolate churros and it was amazing! When we ordered take away churros they also gave us brownies on the house! Great service and cute ambience!
