Excellent for kids air conditioning staff couldn’t do enough for customers

It’s only okay. The pizzas were alright but felt extremely salty and very cheesy. Nice base. The soft play is quite small so with lots of children it wouldn’t be ideal. We also booked for 2 hours and then 45 mins approaching the end time they said we had to leave in 25 mins because they had a kids party. They didnt communicate this to us, only when we went to order food. This meant we had to rush eating. They didn’t kick us out which was appreciated but having two young children and having that pressure is not something you want to. Overall, it’s ok. I wouldn’t recommend unfortunately for soft play.

We organised my son’s birthday party here and I could not recommend the location enough. The place was the right size for our needs, not too big but not too small, with a nice soft play to keep the children busy, so that parents can sit down and enjoy themselves without being behind the children constantly as the children can be seen at any time from anywhere. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The children made their own pizzas and they had fun and they also had other foods to choose from included in the menu - for the fussiest eaters. The staff, friendly and professional. All the children and parents enjoyed themselves and were impressed with the place. Despite the location, I would recommend Caloroso Beckton anytime, and all our guests said the same thing.
