Lovely old building which is now a cafe. Good place to stop off for a coffee and cake/snack after walking round Connaught Waters. The milkshake was superb.

What a great find! This was a beautiful cafe we went to, after our walk through the surrounding area. The scones were perfect! Smoothies were refreshing and food was filling - exactly what we were looking for. The service was quick and considerate, everyone we spoke to was kind. The weather definitely added to the ambience, there were many families around too enjoying their bank holiday. We will definitely be coming back here.

This place is convenient and if it wasn't for the extortionate prices, they'd score higher. But to charge £4.45 for a brownie of the size in the picture is ridiculous. As you can see, it is the size of two adult male index fingers. Three bites and it's gone. I get times are hard, but almost £5 for something that would have cost about 40p in ingredients is a joke. Let's not start on a kids breakfast of one egg, toast and bacon for almost £7, £8.50 omelette that only has tomatoes and the ridiculous £2 extra for additional toppings. £2 for ham? If you're having two drinks and two cakes, expect to pay £20. There's making end meet, then there's daylight robbery. This isn't central London where you expect such prices. In fact, you can find nicer food, cheaper, in central London.
