Food was good but price too high for what it is. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. When paying I asked if the waiter would get the service charge as many restaurants don’t give it to them, which I think is wrong as they are the one that needed it, not the restaurant as you are already paying for the food. Unfortunately he said they didn’t. I asked to remove it but according to the restaurant’s policies it wasn’t possible which I think is not even allowed as it’s not mandatory. Is not nice to charge the customer for a service charge that goes to the business, it was implemented to boost the waiter’s salary not the owner’s pockets.

This is a regular spot for us in Putney. The chicken touk with rice and chicken salad are always delicious and fresh. We also love the Baba ghanoush. The portions are very generous and the service is excellent!

One of the best and most beautiful experiences we had as a family was here. It was my daughter's birthday and it was very important to me to go somewhere nice and this restaurant was truly amazing. We came on a Monday and it was a little quiet but the food was delicious and it was enough, the waiter was very polite and personable and I thank him and the chef. We will definitely come back here again. I am glad we found this place.
