Not really a smash burger? (as many reviews and lists online claim this is . To be fair I don’t think Black Bear makes this claim ) But not bad . I had the “Burger of the Year” one with miso mayo . Maybe I should have insisted the burger was well done & crispy but the counter guy advised to get it medium
