How can this be rated so high? Medium patty was crispy to the verge of being burnt at the edges. Honest burger is much better

This burger chain appears in many lists claiming to be among the best burgers in London. It is not. Massively overrated. The wait on a Sunday afternoon was about a solid 15 minutes and there wasn’t much of a queue. The child’s burger was dry even with cheese added and the fries lacked umami. The burgers themselves were fine with nothing to write home about the double miso bacon burger nor the classic with bacon. They both were very average. I had ordered all the burgers to be medium done.
