If you want to experience true French-inspired elegance in the heart of London, Bistrot is the place to be. From the moment we arrived, we felt like welcomed guests thanks to Vikki, whose warmth, charm, and attentiveness created an atmosphere that instantly put us at ease. She transformed a great dinner into an unforgettable evening. The menu is pure artistry, led by a Michelin-starred chef whose passion is evident in every bite. The Rabbit with Shallots was simply extraordinary – tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The Steak was melt-in-your-mouth perfection, cooked to absolute precision and bathed in a rich, aromatic sauce. We also couldn’t resist the Burger with Spiced Fries – juicy, indulgent, and impossible to put down. Every dish felt like a celebration of flavor, from presentation to the very last bite. Dining here is not just about eating – it’s about savoring an experience. Bistrot combines world-class cuisine, a welcoming atmosphere, and impeccable service in a way that will make you want to return again and again.

Visited Wild Honey and had two prix fixe menus, one burger, one brevette, and a ham croquette. The croquette tasted like ham and cheese—creamy, flavorful, and one of the highlights. The prix fixe started with gazpacho and Mediterranean-style courgette flowers, both light and nicely done. The brevette was the least enjoyable dish—very chewy and not something I’d order again. The burger was actually quite good and well-cooked, though it felt a little out of place on the menu. Tiramisu for dessert was solid. We also had a glass of champagne and a mocktail; the mocktail tasted fine, but it was oddly priced almost the same as the alcoholic drinks. One odd thing—our server disappeared toward the end of our meal and we couldn’t find them when we were ready to leave. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it was noticeable. Overall, a good meal with a few hits and misses.
