My wife and I went to bike shed for lunch. The lunch was very tasty but unfortunately Jimbo T(our server) forgot my chips and when they did eventually arrive no apolgies were offered and as it was I was already half way my main by that point. No waiting staff asked how our meal was and if we enjoyed it. Jimbo T wasn't rude but didn't seem to care if the customer was happy or not. When I asked for the bill Jimbo T simply plonked it on the table and said 'there you go'. Not at all friendly, a smile and a bit of conversation goes along way to making happy customers!
