I’m not giving less than 4 stars only because this review is about an order I’ve done over a delivery app and you can’t compare it with the experience of eating at the restaurant. And I also want to believe that the food I received is was not up to your standard. I was really looking forward to this meal, especially given how great the food looked in the photos. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The fettuccine Alfredo, described as creamy and buttery, was in a way only plain pasta with cheese simply placed on top that I believe it only melted because the pasta was hot, there was no real sauce. The carbonara was slightly better but still quite dry. It’s a shame, as the ingredients seem to be of very good quality, but the preparation felt rushed and careless. I understand that food delivery can affect the quality, but this went beyond that.

We were a party of 7 and Irene was absolutely lovely, she looked after us and made us feel really welcomed throughout the whole service! A real treat for me and my family who came to visit us from Italy. Food was good and reasonably priced. We will definitely come back!
