The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve met. I realised I’d lost something important and had a panic attack outside their store. Even though I hadn’t bought anything, they quickly offered me a seat, and also insisted I take a bottle of water FOC. When I explained what had happened, they helped take care of my luggage so I could go looking for the item, and even tried to help me search for it when my efforts were unsuccessful. Y’all really turned an awful day right around. Thank you so much for your kindness, it meant a lot. (Incidentally, my boyfriend, who lives in the neighbourhood, has found their falafel to be the best on Leather Lane after extensive testing)
