About

Aulis London offers an unforgettable dining experience in the bustling city of London. With a dynamic and interactive format, this intimate and fashionably set restaurant caters to just 12 guests each evening. The menu celebrates British cuisine with a strong farm-to-table philosophy, sourcing ingredients directly from its own farm in the Lake District. Expect a multi-course tasting menu where dishes are masterfully cooked and assembled right before you at the chef's table.

The atmosphere is both engaging and warmly welcoming, courtesy of a top-notch team led by the knowledgeable sommelier Charlie, and the attentive duo of Hannah and Hugo. Vegetarian options are thoughtfully crafted alongside the main dishes, ensuring that all guests enjoy the culinary adventure.

At Aulis London, reservations are essential due to its exclusivity, and patrons can indulge in an excellent selection of wines, cocktails, and crafted non-alcoholic drinks. Complementing this are delightful desserts and freshly brewed coffee. A meal here, coupled with excellent flavors and friendly service, is well worth the investment for an unparalleled dining journey.

This was the 2nd time I went to Aulis London. I definitely will recommend Aulis to friends. Once you entered the restaurant, you would be greeted by friendly staff. The dining took place in 2 areas. You would be bring to seat at the "lounge" where you would be served the first few small dishes with a choice of drink you ordered. Then you would be brought to the chef 's table where you would see how the dilicious, imaginative and beautiful dishes were cooked and assembled. The head chef and staff talked with diners during the whole dinning time to get comments and interactions. Ingredients for the dishes were freshly sent from the restaurant 's farm in the Lake District. All dishes were impressive, with layers of flavour. It is not easy to get the reservation. I enrolled in the waiting list months ahead. When the booking schedule for the month is released, you will be notified and then you can go ahead to make the reservation.

It was a very welcoming venue. We could not fault the food but for me personally the hero of the meal was Charlie the sommelier and 'non alcoholic creator' of drinks which were sublime! This flight of drinks was the best paired drinks I have had anywhere in the world. The subtleties and suprises in flavours were off the charts. Thank you Charlie for making my whole experience so memorable!
