They staff isn't well versed on the allergens on the 15 or so ice cream flavors they have. I like the concept and the ice cream but I wish the staff was well taught. Instead of being able to ask them if the 3 flavors I wanted had egg in them or not I had to sit and go through a very long chart of allergens. Plus it's really simple the sorbets dont have egg otherwise most of them do. I wish the employees knew their workplace and products better it doesn't reflect well on the brand.
