Our night at The Swan Club was completely ruined by the shocking behavior of the bouncers. We witnessed them aggressively manhandling two women and splitting them up from their group without any valid explanation. This was not only unprofessional but also deeply concerning to watch. On top of that, the entry fee was outrageously expensive for what turned out to be a terrible experience. Some of our friends were later refused re-entry, with the staff claiming they were “too suspicious” to be let back in — despite no inappropriate behavior on their part. The way security handled the situation created an intimidating and unpleasant atmosphere. What was meant to be a fun night out turned into a stressful and disappointing ordeal. I would not recommend The Swan Club to anyone who values respectful treatment and fair policies.

I was really disappointed with the way my friends were treated here. Two girls in our group were refused entry without being given any reason at all, and the staff were rude and dismissive towards them. It felt unfair and unnecessary, and it completely ruined the night for us. A pub should make all guests feel welcome and respected, and unfortunately The Swan did the opposite. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.
