When i was picking up my items i was carrying too much and spilt coffee on myself, my suitcase and the floor. The ladies at the counter were so nice and did not judge me, they offered to clean up, asked me if I was ok and if i wanted to wash my hands. One of the ladies gave me a cloth to wash my bag and even made me a new latte for free. I was very stressed and embarrassed but these two ladies made me feel much better. Thank you so much to both of them.

It is a convenient shop when waiting for the eurostar. Prices are not cheap as you expect in such a spot. They have a good selection of drinks, coffee and food. Overall the food and coffee are good. The smiling staff are helpful if needed. No wait when I came.
