Very disappointed waited 10 mins to open up only to be greeted with you don’t just use the toilet. Persevered, mentioned the cat and another barrage! So we didn’t even bother going in. Unbelievably rude. So sad for Uk! We aren’t in the states! -D

Shocker! Appalling service. What a nightmare. Most awful American hostess was beyond rude for no reason. Was she pissed?

I went in with my mum for some drinks. We were looking forward to our visit but when we arrived there was a strange atmosphere in the pub that made us feel very unwelcome. We received some strange looks from staff, particularly the manager who made us feel very awkward. The manager was refusing a group of people to use the toilet until they brought a drink. I thought this was very strange, as not only was she drinking herself, she was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. The group themselves were also in the process of buying drinks- I have never seen service like this. I felt very uncomfortable after witnessing this and left immediately. We won’t be revisiting.
