Superb service from Amba, who looked after our table at the Sky Garden bars. My aunts were visiting from China and were initially a little disappointed with the first window seats given by the front staff. However, Amba went above and beyond to arrange a closer window spot, giving us an exceptional sunset view over the London skyline. She also checked back with us regularly to ensure we were comfortable and happy with our drinks. During their trip to London, my aunts had unfortunately encountered some staff elsewhere who were less accommodating due to their language barrier. That’s why Amba’s considerate, professional, and genuinely kind service stood out so much — she turned the evening into a truly memorable experience for them. Thank you, Amba, for making their visit to the Sky Garden unforgettable!

We came for a drink and to have a look at the city from above. The view was nice, as expected. The greenery creates a nice atmosphere. The service in the bar was top notch. We had a very kind lady as our waitress.
