Okay lounge, but lots of room for improvement The shisha here is good, but everything else is just okay. The food is fine, though overpriced, and the drinks aren’t great. The staff aren’t very attentive- they seem to have a constant turnover of very young employees, which affects the service. A visit from this winter, I had a friend waiting for me and, despite the place not being busy, staff insisted she wait outside in –2°C for 10 mins. That was unnecessarily harsh and left a bad impression. Overall, it’s an okay lounge, but with high prices, inconsistent service, and some questionable customer care, they’ve got a lot of improving to do.
