Memories brought me here.. A lot has been changed but the place is unforgettable.. the service is excellent, tidy toilets. Wasn't much crowded like it used to be though.. that indian bartender(forgot his name) is very polite and very friendly and can't question his liquor knowledge.. p.s :- kitchen is closed that's why i gave one less star

Nice pub. Good selection of drinks. Friendly staff. However, when you dare to use the toilet... The place is filthy. The toilets don't look like they've been cleaned in a long time, atleast not a good scrub. It's great that they have have a baby changing/disabled toilet but the bin in there is overflowing and has been for some time. I just get the impression that the new owners may be new to running a pub, opened abit too quickly and don't have the time to show this lovely old pub the tlc that it needs. I will say though that the bar area is very clean, it's just behind the scenes need a good cleaning and some maintenance. Just an honest review as I'd like to see the pub doing well.

Lovely atmosphere and very friendly service. Mixed grill great value - if only it came with sizzling onions!!! Naans were fluffy and tasty.
