We've been on many brewery tours, but this one surprised us the most, and positively, of course. @gina_mondo has incredible knowledge of @mondobrewing from the beginning of the brewery to a thorough understanding of the grains, hops, and every type of beer that's created. My friend and I hosted a birthday celebration on a Friday evening. We were treated very well, as were our group of 15. The manager went above and beyond to meet our needs and was extremely attentive. Very good service and would thoroughly recommend. Will be coming back.
